Catch has been built on purpose, with three founding principles which shape our approach to this day.

Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

Baked into our values and behaviours is a commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity (JEDI). We believe this is a non-negotiable for any company who upholds an ethical approach to business. It’s also vital for us as a creative company, so we are able to design communications strategies and campaigns that are based on diversity of thought, have inclusivity baked in and reflect the human experience.

We firmly believe that kindness and flexibility in no way prevents us from delivering the highest quality of work for our clients. If anything, it enables us.
