Growing a community around sustainable fashion

We were brought in by the sustainable global fashion label, KALITA, to help develop their direct to consumer offering. The brief was to bolster growth and drive sales while building a direct to consumer model, a shift from their pre-existing set-up.


We revised their brand positioning and messaging, developed and implemented a social media and content strategy and supported the new website build and launch. We worked closely with the business as they evolved their sustainability practices, designed more inclusive designs, embraced sustainable fabrics and hired a more diverse range of models for their marketing.


The results were an Instagram growth of 1200% in 4 years from 5,200 followers to 78,300 followers and we helped build and leverage a network of 400+ content creators and A-list celebrities managed via a community platform. Engagement soared and Instagram is now a core sales channel for the business.
